I have partnered with a print shop in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. OUR GUARANTEE is simple: If for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used we will replace or fix it at our cost. This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, scratches, fading or warping. We use a 100% colour calibrated workflow. However, due to the huge variety of monitors used to view images we CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE COLOUR AND DENSITY YOU VIEW ON YOUR MONITOR WILL EXACTLY MATCH THE FINAL PRINT. If exact COLOUR MATCHING is a priority, then please contact Janet and we will be happy to work with you to produce a small sample print of the image you are interested in. The cost for this service is $15 per print; if you order the print sampled and the cost for the individual print/reproduction is over $150 (before taxes and shipping), one $15 discount will be applied toward one order. ORDER CANCELLATION and REFUND. You can cancel your order and get a full refund as long as your order has not gone into production. Our production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days.
